We collect information necessary to administer club memberships, event registrations, attendance tracking, and certificate generation:
- Account Data: Name, student email address, profile picture (via Google OAuth authentication).
- Academic Details: Enrollment number, department/branch, and year of study.
- Event Participation: Workshop attendance records, hackathon submissions, and feedback responses.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your personal data is used solely for academic and community purposes:
- Verifying student eligibility for technical masterclasses and hackathons.
- Issuing verified digital certificates of completion.
- Sending critical workshop notifications, schedule updates, and community newsletters.
3. Google OAuth & Third-Party Services
We utilize Google OAuth 2.0 strictly for identity authentication. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third-party advertisers. Google user data is accessed and stored in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
4. Data Security & Retention
We implement industry-standard encryption, HTTPS, and secure token storage. Student records are retained only for the duration of the academic year or until requested for deletion.
