Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or participating in MLSC AJU events and platform services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the official Microsoft Learn Student Club portal at ajumicrosoft.in or registering for any of our workshops, hackathons, and certifications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, University policies, and the Microsoft Student Community Code of Conduct.
2. Student & Member Code of Conduct
MLSC AJU is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for everyone, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, or technical skill level.
- Be respectful, collaborative, and constructive during code reviews, workshops, and team projects.
- Do not engage in plagiarism, cheating, or unauthorized sharing of workshop materials and solutions.
- Follow university safety and digital ethics guidelines across all community channels.
3. Account Registration & Authentication
When using Google OAuth or student credentials to access event portals, certificates, or masterclasses, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities occurring under your account.
4. Intellectual Property & Open Source
Community projects built during MLSC AJU hackathons and sessions remain the intellectual property of their respective student creators, under their chosen open-source licenses (such as MIT or Apache 2.0). Club logos, branding, and proprietary training materials remain property of MLSC AJU and Arka Jain University.
